Apply
Apply for a free machine.
One short form. An owner reads it and replies within one business day — with a straight answer, including "not a fit" if that is the honest one.
- No equipment cost
- No installation fee
- Nothing to buy, ever
Apply now
Let's see if your space is a fit.
An owner, not a sales team, reads every application and replies within one business day. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
- No equipment cost, no install fee, nothing to buy
- We stock it, clean it and repair it
- You need a few square feet and a standard outlet

What happens next
After you hit submit.
We read it
Barsha reads every application personally. Not a queue, not a scoring system, not an auto-responder.
We reply within a business day
By phone or email, whichever you prefer. If we need more detail to judge it, we will ask rather than guess.
We walk the space
Usually that same week. We measure the spot, find the outlet, and talk about what your people would actually buy.
We install and stock it
We deliver, plug it in and fill it. You do not lift anything and you do not pay anything.
Already under contract with another operator? Do not give notice yet. Read how to switch providers without an empty breakroom first — the order you do things in decides whether you get a gap.
Before you ask
The three questions we get most.
No cost at all. We own the machine and cover delivery, installation, stocking, cleaning, repairs and payment processing. You provide a few square feet and a standard 110V outlet. Your people pay by card for what they take, and that is the entire transaction.
Possibly not. Headcount matters less than how long people stay. Twenty-five people on site all day often supports a machine better than eighty who are mostly hybrid. Apply and we will tell you honestly — a machine that sits unused helps neither of us.
We place in North Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Liberty Hill and Round Rock. Just outside? Apply anyway and we will give you a straight answer — and if we cannot serve you well, we will usually know who can.
