Gyms & fitness studios

Recovery drinks where the workout ends.

Floor space in a studio is expensive, so we bring the slim unit. Cold water, electrolytes, protein and the small things members forget — free to install, free to stock, free to service.

The floor space problem

Every square foot is already spoken for.

A gym's floor plan is a zero-sum argument. Space given to a retail fridge is space taken from equipment, from a class, from the thing members are actually paying for. That is why so many studios end up selling nothing at all, or selling three sad bottles from behind the desk.

A slim open-door cooler fits in a hallway section, an entry alcove, or the dead space beside the front desk. It is on wheels, so if it is in the wrong place after two weeks, we roll it. And because it is our machine, you are not carrying inventory or tying up cash in stock that might not sell.

The other quiet benefit: your front desk stops being a shop. No ringing up a bottle of water mid-check-in, no counting a till, no reconciling retail at close.

What sells in gyms

Reliably, in this order.

Cold water

The volume leader everywhere, every time. Bottled and sparkling.

Electrolytes

Sports drinks and zero-sugar hydration. Heavy in an Austin summer.

Ready-to-drink protein

The post-session purchase. Consistently high value per transaction.

Pre-workout energy

Energy drinks and cold brew, bought on the way in rather than out.

Protein & snack bars

The thing members grab when the next stop is work, not home.

The forgot-it items

Towels, hair ties, deodorant, chalk. Low volume, excellent margin.

Worth knowing

Three things specific to fitness.

Traffic comes in spikes

Class schedules mean demand arrives in fifteen-minute bursts, not a steady flow. A machine that empties after the 6pm class is a stocking problem, not a demand problem — send us your class timetable and we will plan around it.

Nobody carries a wallet

Members arrive with a phone and a key fob. Tap-to-pay is not a nice extra here, it is the entire transaction — a machine that needs cash or a swiped card sells almost nothing in a gym.

24-hour access changes it

If your gym is fob-access overnight, the machine is the only thing open at 5am. That is a genuine differentiator on a tour, and it costs you nothing to offer.

FAQ

Studio owner questions.

The slim unit takes roughly a narrow hallway section — considerably less than a traditional machine. Send us a photo and a rough measurement of the spot and we will tell you before scheduling anything whether it fits.

The standard arrangement is free placement: we cover everything and earn from sales, and it costs you nothing. If you are currently running your own retail and are considering handing it over, call us — that is a specific conversation worth having properly rather than answering generically here.

Yes, and you can often put it in the machine. Because the shelves hold anything that sits on them, branded shakers, shirts and towels can go in alongside the drinks. That is worth discussing when we walk the space.

Then we are restocking on the wrong schedule and we fix it. We monitor inventory remotely, so we usually see it before you do. If your class schedule changes seasonally, tell us and we will change with it.
