Offices & coworking

Lunch your team does not have to drive for.

A free open-door cooler in the breakroom, stocked with real food rather than a wall of candy. We install it, we fill it, and it costs the business nothing.

The actual problem

The lunch run costs more than lunch.

In most Austin offices the real cost is not the sandwich. It is four people leaving at 12:15, getting back at 1:20, and the twenty minutes after that spent re-finding what they were doing. Multiply that by a week.

The alternative most offices reach for is a traditional vending machine, which solves the wrong problem: it sells snacks to people who wanted a meal. So they drive anyway, and the machine becomes a 3pm chocolate dispenser that nobody defends at budget time.

An open-door cooler holds actual lunches. Boxed salads, sandwiches, wraps, yogurt, fruit, cold brew, sparkling water. It works because there is no coil to drop things down — the shelf is just a shelf.

What sells in offices

What we actually stock.

Real lunch

Boxed salads, sandwiches, wraps and hot-desk-friendly meals.

Cold brew & energy

The 2:30pm category. Reliably the top seller in most offices.

Better snacks

Protein bars, nuts, jerky, Greek yogurt, fruit cups.

The classics

Chips and chocolate still sell. We are not the fun police.

Sparkling water

Multiple brands. Austin offices drink a startling amount of it.

Odds and ends

Pain relievers, wipes, phone chargers. Small volume, very high margin.

Worth knowing

Three things specific to offices.

Hybrid changes the maths

Attendance concentrated into Tuesday through Thursday means a machine that empties midweek and idles on Friday. We plan restocks around your actual in-office pattern rather than a flat weekly loop, so tell us what it looks like.

It is a visible perk

Unlike most benefits, this one is in the room. It shows up on office tours, in the first week of a new hire's job, and in the small daily judgement people make about whether the place is looked after.

Coworking has two customers

In a coworking space the operator wants an amenity that differentiates the tour, and members want something at 7pm when the coffee bar has closed. A machine that stays stocked after hours does both.

FAQ

Office questions.

There is no hard minimum, and headcount matters less than dwell time. Twenty-five people on site all day, five days a week, often supports a machine better than eighty people who are mostly hybrid. Tell us your real attendance pattern and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

No. The machine, delivery, installation, restocking, cleaning and repairs are all free. You provide a few square feet and a standard outlet. Employees pay by card for what they take.

Talk to us about it. Some employers want to cover a category, like keeping drinks free while food is paid. We can usually structure something — but it is a conversation rather than a switch we flip, so raise it early.

Usually the breakroom or kitchen, near where people already stop. It needs a few square feet and a standard 110V outlet that is not on a switch someone flips at night. The units are on wheels, so if the first spot is wrong we will move it.

That is the most common reason people call us. Start with what to do when a vending machine is always empty, then check your agreement's notice period first, then read our guide to switching providers — the order you do things in decides whether your breakroom sits empty during the changeover.
