Coverage
A small service area, on purpose.
North Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Liberty Hill and Round Rock. We could draw a bigger circle. We would just be worse at it.
Most vending companies compete on how much territory they cover. We think that is exactly backwards, and it is worth explaining why rather than just asserting it.
Restock frequency is the single biggest driver of whether a placement works. A machine that is full is an amenity; a machine that is half empty is a complaint that arrives at your front desk every day. Frequency is a function of drive time. An operator covering four counties has to batch stops to make the day work, which means your building gets visited when the route reaches it — not when it needs it.
By keeping every machine within a short drive of the others, we can restock more often, respond the same day when something needs attention, and add a stop mid-week when a location sells faster than expected. That is the whole reason for the boundary.
It also means we say no. If you are in Kyle, Buda, San Marcos or Bastrop, we are not going to pretend we can serve you as well as someone closer would. Call us anyway — we will usually know who to point you at.
The cities

The Square, the Williamson County seat, and a large retirement community with very particular needs.
Georgetown vending →
Liberty Hill
Smaller, growing quickly, and underserved by operators who will not drive out that far.
