Cost & commitment
Yes. No equipment cost, no installation fee, no service charge, nothing to buy and no monthly anything. We own the machine and earn from what sells inside it. Your people pay by card for what they take, and that is the whole transaction.
A few square feet of floor with reasonable foot traffic, and a standard 110V outlet within reach that is not on a switch someone flips at night. No plumbing, no dedicated circuit, and no internet — the machine uses its own cellular connection.
The machine plugs into your outlet, so it draws from your supply. It is a single refrigerated unit, comparable to a drinks cooler, and in practice the cost is small. If that is a concern for your building, raise it when we visit and we will talk it through honestly rather than wave it away.
We set placement terms with each location before anything is installed, and we put them in writing — including what happens if the placement stops working for you. We would rather you could leave easily than have you stuck with a machine you resent.
The standard arrangement is free placement: we carry all the cost and risk, and it costs you nothing. If you are a larger site or currently run your own retail, talk to us — that is a specific conversation worth having properly rather than answering generically here.
How the machines work
You tap a card to unlock the door — an authorisation, like opening a bar tab. Computer-vision sensors watch which items leave the shelves. When you close the door, the card is charged for exactly what you removed, and a receipt follows by email.
Yes, from any shelf, in one visit. That is one of the main practical advantages over a coil machine, where each item is a separate transaction.
No. Card, phone or watch only — tapping is what unlocks the door. That means no cash box on your property, nothing to skim and no float to manage. If cash acceptance is essential for your people, we are honestly not the right operator for you.
The door only unlocks against a valid payment card, and the sensors record what leaves during that session. Any shrink is our cost, not yours — we do not bill losses back to the host.
Smaller than a traditional vending machine, and on wheels. Sizes vary by model — we measure your space and confirm which one fits before anything is scheduled. It is refrigerated, so there is a low steady hum, not a compressor banging on and off.
Service & stocking
Barsha, the owner, in person. We monitor inventory remotely and restock on a schedule built around your building's actual pattern — shift times, class schedules, hybrid attendance. If a location sells faster than expected, we add a visit.
Call the number on the machine and you will get a person. Repairs and service are at no cost to you. Because there are no coils or drop mechanisms, the usual vending failures are not possible in the first place.
We do. Our contact details are on the machine. Your front desk does not become a customer service counter for a cooler.
Yes. You can browse the stock list and build a shortlist, and you can rule things out entirely — no candy, no energy drinks, whatever suits your setting. We build the first load around your list, then adjust based on what actually sells.
Yes — that is the main reason to use an open-door cooler. Boxed lunches, sandwiches, salads, yogurt, fruit and glass-bottled drinks all work, because nothing has to survive being dropped down a chute.
We do, every visit. It is our machine sitting in your space, and how it looks reflects on both of us.
Getting started & switching
North Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Liberty Hill and Round Rock. We keep the ring tight on purpose — short drives mean frequent restocks. See our service area for detail, and call us if you are just outside it.
Maybe not. Dwell time matters more than headcount — twenty-five people on site all day can beat eighty who are rarely in. Apply and we will give you a straight answer.
You will hear back within one business day, and we usually visit that same week. Installation timing depends on which model fits your space. We will give you a real date rather than an optimistic one, and tell you if it moves.
Usually. If the problem is a machine that sits empty, try that fix first. Do not give notice yet — read our guide to switching providers first. It covers notice periods, auto-renewal clauses, who removes the old machine, and the sequence that avoids leaving your breakroom empty.
What you send through a form on this site is used to respond to your enquiry and nothing else. We do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy.
