These terms apply to your use of chromaoasis.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What this website is
An informational site describing Chroma Oasis's vending placement service, and a way to contact us or apply for a machine. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting a form does not create an agreement between us.
Placement agreements are separate
Any actual machine placement is governed by a written agreement signed by Chroma Oasis and the host location. Where anything on this website conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Applications and eligibility
Submitting an application does not guarantee placement. We assess each location and may decline for reasons including foot traffic, available space, power access, service-area distance or capacity. We will tell you if we decline.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but machine specifications, product availability, prices and service areas change. Nothing here is a warranty. Prices shown for products are what a customer pays at a machine and are subject to change.
Guidance is not professional advice
Some pages on this site — including our guides to switching vending providers and comparing operators — discuss contract terms in general. That is practical guidance based on our experience of the industry, not legal advice. Your own agreement controls, and you should have an attorney review it. We are also an operator with an obvious commercial interest, and you should weigh what we say accordingly.
Your submissions
Please send only information you are entitled to share, and keep it accurate. Do not send payment card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive personal data through this site. How we handle what you do send is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to submit false or automated form entries, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.

The content, design and branding of this site belong to Chroma Oasis. Third-party product names and packaging shown in our stock list are the trademarks of their respective owners, displayed to identify products we stock. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
