Free smart vending for Round Rock businesses.

Vending in Round Rock, specifically

Round Rock has a broader employment base than most of the cities around it. Large employers, substantial distribution and light-industrial space along the I-35 corridor, the office parks around La Frontera, plus medical, retail and a lot of multifamily housing. It is the most mixed of the cities we serve, and the one where the right machine varies most from site to site.

The practical consequence is that stocking here cannot be templated. A distribution facility running three shifts wants substantial meals, energy drinks and full-size portions at four in the morning. An office park three miles away wants boxed salads, cold brew and sparkling water between eleven and two. Running the same planogram in both is how machines end up ignored.

What we see working here

• Distribution and light industrial. Shift work along the corridor, where nothing nearby is open at the start or end of a shift. Real meals matter more than snacks.
• Office parks. Professional and corporate offices where the alternative is a lunch run that costs an hour.
• Medical and dental practices. Waiting-room and staff placements, often with quite different stock.
• Apartment communities. Mail rooms and clubhouses, busiest in the evenings and at weekends.
• Auto and service businesses. Waiting customers with no way to leave, plus technicians on long shifts.

If you already have machines

Round Rock is well covered by national and regional operators, so more businesses here are already under an agreement than in the smaller cities we serve. If yours is not working, the thing to do first is find your notice period — not call anyone, including us.

Our guide to switching vending providers walks through which contract clauses matter, who is responsible for removing the old machine, and the order of operations that stops your breakroom sitting empty during the changeover. It is useful whether or not you end up switching to us.
